Getting Currency Exch Rate for ACY

Hi, I have my LCY as USD AND ACY as SGD(Singapore Dollars). I did one Sales in EUR how can i get the conversion factor in one of the report from EUR to ACY i.e SGD.
I can the currency Exch Rate between USD and EUR by simply 1/Currency Factor but how to get this in ACY
