RTC slow start / no response

Hello everybody.

I'm a total newbie in the administration auf NAV and I hope you will respond to my issue.
At some of our NAV users we have the problem that the start of the RTC takes about 1-2 minutes and the client meanwhile reports "no response". Other users can start the client at the same pc in 10-20 seconds. Every user has everytime either a slow or a fast start of the RTC. We have also checked that with accounts having different rights in NAV. At the server I can see that the process microsoft.dynmics.nav.server.exe *32 has a high cpu load during the whole login of a slow user. At users with a fast start there is only a short peak. Are there any options that I have to check. I have already limited the max. amount of RAM of the sql server.
If anybody needs further information of the server I will try to find them.
