Report upgrade problem in Nav 2013

I am doing a report upgrade from 2009R2Classic to 2013.
I got a couple of reports I have to upgrade. There are a couple of reports which compile but do not upgrade. I tried to edit them but with no result.
One of the reports makes nav crash, while upgrading. The other one throws a error while upgrading. See below:
Any ideas?
