I have problems with the license, when using a customers license that has no right to this funtionality in a cronus database where this funtionality is not activated.
When I try to do any change (for example insert a new Sale Order), I got the message ' No rights to read the table Change Log Setup'.
All the tables (402..405) are empty.
The user has the role SUPER with all the permissions.

Table 402 had an entry with no values in the filds 'Primary Key' & 'Change Log Activated', and it seemed to me that there was no entry in the table.
Eliminating this entry there are no more error messages.
