Posted Transactions to Un-Posted Transactions

Hi,
Client is migrating from Navision 4 to Navision 2013. All Customizations are brought into new version. Client will go live from cut off date but as per requirement data posted from that cutoff date till GO Live date should be brought into unposted status.
For Example cut off date is 01/04/13 and go live is 01/08/13 then transactions posted in Navision 4 DB should be 1st taken as un-posted in same database.
Is there anyway can do this thing.
