Output Wrongly Posted with serial number

I have a sales order and with the planning option, i generate a production order.
The product has serial number and I assign serial numbers in the production order.
With the output journal, I register a manufactured item.
I want to correct it: in the output journal, negative quantity and “applies to entry”. But when I try to register it: “Applies to entry is reserver por sales order”.
How can I correct it?

Let's cancel reservation on sales order.
Sales order > Line > Reservation entries - Cancel reservation (one with wrong serial number).

Cancel output as you wrote - create new one by production order. Then reserve on sales item with new serial number (Sales order > Function > Reserve)
