Transfer binary Data into a BLOB column

Hello Guys

I am working on a WCF web service which is a proxy for webservice from navision.
I would like to upload files to navaision via the WCF.

I already know how to upload a file towards WCF.
But what i do not know is how to transfer the file, which i think is binary from the WCF directly into the BLOB Column.
