MAX STRING VALUE ERROR

Getting one of the users who post a "Cash Receipt Journal", they are getting a "The maximum length for a string value is 30" error. When another user is doing the same thing, they are not getting the problem. I've looked everywhere on the user's setup and I don't know where else to go to find and fix this issue. This user is the ONLY one in the company that is getting this error.
Anyone who can help me or direct me to the right direction? I've attached the error message.

If you the developer license, you may activate the "Debug Session" and check which variable is causing the error.0
