Date Filter (in range) using web client doesn't work

Hi all,
I want to print Trial balance report with date range, let say 010113..311213
using RTC is no problem
but using web client it didnt filtered...
if using without filtering, it works

anyway there's prompt message
One or more filters are not valid and will be ignored. Do you want to continue?

any info?

The date range works well in the Web Client.

Pls check your system's date format. (in your example, the filter is according to dd/MM/yy)

i put the same date format... same parameter and same company
web client doesnt work, but RTC can

Check RegionFormat in Webconfig file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\Web Client

hi mohana, i dont think it's region format
we use the same server for RTC and web client
if I filter using single date then it's ok
but if using range 010113..311213
then it prompt me an error message first, later will not be filtered
