Nav 2009 in Hebrew

Hello,
i want to manage a Hebrew language in a NAV2009 classic database. But i don't know how...
I have found that Hebrew can only be managed with unicode and it works in a notepad file saved in unicode but in Nav, i don't know how to change the characters enconding (i don't even know if it's possible).
So, i don't know what to do... I can't even find a hebrew language directory. i'm lost !
Could anybody help me?
