Assertion failed: Inventory Profile

Hi Experts,
I am using Nav 2009 R2.
I am generating Req. worksheet by clicking Calculate Plan button.
Its generating Indent for some Item but It stop processing ang give error "Assertion failed: Inventory Profile"
Can any one suggest how we can resolve this error.
