Using Nav 2009 RTC. Is there a way to prevent negative budget amounts from being uploaded? Tips/tricks?

But negative amounts in budgets are credible like revenue accounts? I'd say some pre excel checks (macros?) would be better rather than cripple NAV. Just my opinion anyway.
