NAS (App server) multiple connections on sql

Dear all

in a Nav 2009 R2 infra, I've installed a NAS service who's running with the network service account. Works fine on Nav and process side but session side, it open many connections to SQL and never close them. Approx one new connection every 30 seconds.

The rights for user who run the service are sysadmin in sql with full access via user mapping.

No other solution than restart the service to kill these "dead connections" without activities.

    Check the event log on nas. If NAS gets an error it will try and connect every 30 seconds for 10 times then goes back to sleep

    shame on "me" the build version of the nas.exe was different that the version for clients exe..

    then, solved
