Hide specific Department in RTC

Hello,

I've read about hide/remove the Departments button on the RTC, but I would like to know if it's possible to hide/remove an specific Department for an user profile.
Our issue is that we had many departments in Classic Client and we used the Assigns User functionallity to hide departments for the users, but now, with the RTC, we need to hide/remove specifics departments depending on the user profile. Moreover, we can not add many many pages to the Activity buttons on the NavigationPane because they are, in many cases, tasks pages or especial pages like the former Matrix that don't work fine if they are called from Activity buttons.

How can we solve it? We are using Dynamics NAV 2009 R2.

    you can't hide specific departments.

    You can use list pages to create pages similar to the departments - list with actions and run your objects from there. When you create a CueGroup and add actions in this group, the result page has similar look to the deparment pages
