Transfer additional data from one company to another

Hi all,
i have an important issue. In my database i have 2 Navision companies A and B. There is a need to trasfer all the data each time from company A to company B. Company B must have all the data from company A and his own data each time.
One difficult approach is that each time from every system when there is a post entry at the same time this entry must be post at company B (with a batch job at the end of day.
Any other idea please???
