Client and server do not install

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install NAV 2013 on my machine.
The installation ends with success and no error message is shown, but the files Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe and Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Server.exe are missing.
I repeated the installation many times and restarted my machine like a thousand times, but the resulut is always the same...
What can possibly cause that? and how can I fix it?

I've checked and they are not quarantined....
Besides, I am not sure they are the only files missing, but these are the files I noticed...
