Unable to remove NAV 2013 service

Hi everyone,

I uninstalled NAV 2013 from my computer and the uninstallation terminated correctly...but the service is still here and I couldn't remove it...
So I had to check and I found that some folders related to NAV 2013 are still here and I removed them manually:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70

yet, the service is still here...

What shall I do to get it removed?

Did you try by removing from Microsoft Dynamics NAV Administration under all programs

Infact, I finally removed the service by deleting the corrsponding registry key...
Now, I uninstalled NAV 2013 and I tried to install it.
The installation is completed and no error message is generated, but I can't run anything...
for example, in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\fr-FR, there is no Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe so practically no client to run...
I uninstalled and installed multiple times but the result is the same...
How can I fix that?

exe will be under
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client

you can find them in ALl Programs also..

No, I've already verified, it isn't there...I can't find them anywhere....

I would restart my machine in this kind of cases [-o<

You can check event viewer for more information on installation..
