Sql service is not strating with domain account

hi,,
i',m creating e tier architecture in nav 2009 sp1 and
while starting sql service with domain admin account its giving following error:
If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 2146885628
kindly help
