what is the correct syntax for use logical operators with SETFILTER?

I try with GCP.SETFILTER(GCP."Gen. Prod. Posting Group" , '<>''') but doesn´t work, The system tell me "the filter '<>'' is invalid, An apostrophe (') is missing in the filter". As you can view i need filter a non blank field.

Other way:

GCP.SETFILTER(GCP."Gen. Prod. Posting Group" , '<>''''');  // You have to write each ' twice

But in this case, I prefer the syntax with %1 (as Waldo wrote).
