Take Nav Data?

Hi All,
In our customer Database having more than 4 years data(more than 400 GB).So we are facing lot of perfomance issue.
If there is any way to take last one year data only from that DB. :?: :?:

You can delete posted documents and compress entries.

Search for compress in the RTC.

Yes Data is the cause of our perfomance.
And i would like to say some size of the Tables (GB)

What makes you think the problem is the data? Have you investigated where the performance bottlenecks are? Or are you just assuming it's the data?

There are many NAV databases of this size or larger. I work with one that is over 500 GB (used). These databases generally require some level of performance tuning to run satisfactorily. They also need to be on the right hardware.
