Hello,
Dynamics NAV 2013
Windows Server 2008 R2
I used this link : http://gotcal.com/index.php/2010/11/send-dynamics-nav-rtc-reports-and-documents-as-pdf/ to mail a purchase order (pdf)
I get this message :
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {…} failed due to the following error: 80040154.
Any help would be welcome !

Did you manage to solve your error? We are having something similiar with NAv2009 R2 (RTC) trying to send outlook mail items.
