NAV integration with 3rd part application

Hello,

I need to do online (real time) integrate NAV 2013 with some other 3rd part apps.
I know that there is no such a beautifull trigger on table that give me information obout when record was completly inserted (all fields on lets say customer record was inserted).
I am thinking about use OnDatabaseInser, OnDatabaseModify and OnDatabaseDalete triggers in CU1.
But i can not find any documention about how and when this trigger are fire in this NAV version.
Is there any difference between NAV2009 and NAV2013 in this triggers behavior?

Could you give me some light on this topic or send some link to documentation.

Why are you trying to learn NAV?

Is there a reason why you don't just use Webservice and be done with it?
