you can use the System.Diagnostics.Process in the System assembly

Name	DataType	Subtype	Length
Process	DotNet	System.Diagnostics.Process.'System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'	


Process:=Process.Start('D:\path_to_your_exe\your_exe.exe','-parameters');

and don't forget to specify the RunOnClient property of the variable, by default is No, you'll probably need to set it to Yes.
