Hi everyone,
I was wondering if someone can help me understand how services management is run through NAV...
I looked into page 5919 (Service Mgt. Setup), there are 6 fields(first warning within, send first warning to,second warning within, send second warning to,third warning within, send third warning to)....but I couldn't find where else NAV is using those fields and how warnings are sent...
Can anyone help me figure that out?
Thanks in advance

I figured it out

So just for your information: these parameters are handled by codeunit 5918 (ServOrder-Check Response Time)...
The codeunit is called via job queue...0
