Navision W1 5.0 (SP1) : Removing Shortcut Menu item.

Dear All,
I am using Navision W1 5.0 SP1. Is it possible to remove the "Shortcut menu item" from the Navigation pane in all users' login? This is because, user copies the "Shortcut" item from one login to another.
