Automatic Phonecalls scheduled from Dynamics NAV

For one of my customers I need a service that makes a phonecall with an automated text.

Does anyone have any experiences with a service like that?

SMS or any fancy textservice is not an option since these are elderly people with bakelite phones with rotary dials.

When someone sends me sms to landline, it is automatically re-read by automat and presented as call to my desk phone. I am sure that there will be such a service but question is language support.
