NAV 2013 ribbon does not save

Hello,
I'm trying to customize a ribbon in NAV 2013, in configuration mode, for a certain profile. I added my new reports to the profile role center and now I'm trying to add them into a new group, on the ribbon. The problem is that the ribbon it's not being saved. I add the reports, I hit the ok button, but it doesn't get saved.
Has anybody encountered this type of problem?

Answers
I solved the problem by deleting the profile metadata and reimporting it from another database. Then I was able to make my customizations without problems.
