Nav2009 compatibility issue - Title Bar not showing in full

One of the user cannot see the full company name and Microsoft Dynamics NAV wordings in the Title bar. It shows only the first charcter. Update the PC, restarted for an auto-update, still whenever the user open/run Navision, the Title Bar is only showing the 1st letter.
Other users using the same database has no issue. When the user use "Try Recommended Settings" under "Troubleshoot Compatibility", the issue is resolved only for that session. When open a new session the user face the problem again. Please suggest if any solution availble to fix this issue.

The Navision database is ver 4 SP3 and the exe is Nav 2009. Database option is SQL Server.

Since this is an unsupported combination you cannot report this bug to Microsoft. I've also never experienced this.

If this is only one pc/user the question is, can they do their work and if not, maybe the fastest is to reinstall the pc?

Thanks Brummel. Let me ask the user to format her pc. She said, she have tried to reinstall the Navision, but went in vain.
