Error when running Adjust cost batch job for average items

Hi,
I'm using NAV 2009 R2 version with SQL database. (SQL server 2008 R2)
I have now applied all NAV 2009 costing related hotfixes to relevant objects. (From Parter Source)
Now, when I'm running Adjust cost batch job from Classic Client for item using average costing method the code execution stops at table 5802 - Value entry (see attached picture)
-> NAV notifies "Item ledger entry already exists".
Any idea/tips how to resolve this issue?
