DynamicsNAV :/ / / / runpage and modal window

I created a web service that allows for an external application to open specific pages.
There is a feature that return the exact syntax to send to browser like "DynamicsNAV:////runpage?page=xxxx&dsfgsqg231321g"
When the client starts to work, it always open to both external application and Navision.
It works perfectly except when user jump left a modal window active. In this case, Navision want a new connection.

Does anyone know if a workaround is possible ? [-o<

PS : FYI, my customer uses load balancing to connect to Navision to distribute users by NST and Web Service and users are not on the same NST.
