I have got a problem with the remaining amount field in the Customer Ledger Entries. I am using the NAV2009R2 version. In just one particular case, the remaining amount of a specific customer is stalling the NAV system whenever trying to look into the ledger entreis making up the remaining amount.
The end result is that the server cpu usage spikes up and all the NAV system throughout all the users is slowed down. This is happening solely for RTC as classic is working perfectly. Has anyone met such an issue, and what's the way forward?
