Two different build on same PC

I need to install Nav 2013 and last Build on the same PC.
How I can do this?

Easy solution: use VirtualBox or VMware to virtualize a Windows 64-bit OS and use that environment to install the 2nd NAV version. Do it all the time.

I install all major nav versions i need (4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0) on my machine and then i create copies of those major versions to apply the builds i need. This is done manually.
The only drawback is that you cannot use links in the RTC URI Format (like dynamicsnav:///runpage?page=...)
