Item Ledger Entry Completely Invoiced but still Open

Good day!

We could not implement standard cost changes and saw that there are still open entries.
These open entries are already completely invoiced.

Your assistance is needed on how to process the cost changes.

The message is "Item xxxx cannot be revalued because there is at least one open Outbound Item Ledger Entry".
Here's what we did to resolve the issue:
-We've changed the status of open production orders that are considered as "for clean up".
-Open item ledger entries were identified.
-Open Application worksheet
-Selected Additional Entries To Apply

These processes applied the open entries which enabled revaluation.
