InvalidSecurity with nav 2013

I get this error message:
The client machine could not establish a connection to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV server.
FaultCode = 'InvalidSecurity'
Reason = 'An error occurred when verifying security for the message.

Anyone who has encountered this error message and solved it?

    Search for the topic "RTC connection over Wan" on this forum and go through it, I believe it will point you in the right direction.

    I've had the same problem like you after I installed RTC on my clients' laptops with NavUserPassword credential type.

    The reason was that the time zone was not synchronized with the application (where the NAV service is running)

    Please compare the time and timezone setup for both application server and the client PC.

    There's no need to restart the server. Just get the time correct and try to start the RTC.
