Report generates blanks - Customer - Balance to date

I have a problem with one user the customer - Balance to date report generate blank and when another user generates the report it generate fine.
Normally on classic client i would try delete the .zup file. Although i have tried deleting entires from 2000000080 - Page Data Personalization as the users are using RTC.
Can anyone help please?

Are you sure that you dont have different values in the Request Page/Form for the different users, that causes this?
