When a specific user encounters a problem that other users don't get, I will typically reset their zup file. I would recommend that you try removing the user's zup file and see if that fixes the issue. This has very little impact on the user and is often the cause of many problems (the zup can get messed up rather easily). If the problem persists, I would suggest contacting your solution center for support.

Please check his role and permission first.
This is super user, all this while she able to view item card, but some how today she hit error message when she trying to open item card.
I did try to synchronize her login but error message still presit. Please advise?
