Issue with page opening in RTC

Hi

I have an issue with a customer where for 1 user only when they go to open the job card page it appears to open in the taskbar and looks like a second window but it will not display. This is only happening for 1 user, and other users are not affected and can open the job card page with no issue.

This issue for this user happens in every company within the database.

so far I have done the following to rectify:
recompiled the page
recompiled the job table to make sure no filters were present
deleted user personalization for this user
tried to open the page via classic client but it opens the home screen in a window that can be accessed and the job card page behind it that wont open.

I have never seen this happen before and have no idea what is causing it. Any help would be much appreciated.

user has exactly the same permissions as other users that can access it

    try restarting the nav server (will disconnect everyone from rtc for a second) and sql services.

    hiya. yeah tried that and no difference. its really weird?? I just don't get why only one user, but doesn't relate to user personalization

    you can try deleting the user from (classic client) and sync it. And then create it again from scratch and sync again.
