RapidStart Error: "The file you are using is too large"

We are in the process of upgrading to 2013. There is one table which I am trying to import in Rapidstart into my package.
When doing so I receive the error "The file you are using is too large". The excel file is large, around 30000 records at 10MB (ok not huge).
I am assuming Rapidstart is using XMLPorts, and so tried the below methods which should work for XMLports. But to know avail. After setting the server config file I restarted the service. Same.
Would anyone else have experienced this?

I can split the file up in this case, but this will slow us down in the golive as there will be some large order line files etc.

Did you check the max file size setting in config file?0

Hello Ara3n,
Thanks for responding. Yes I did change the max file setting. Restarted the service (and the server even) but the strange thing is that doesn't resolve it. RapidStart objects should also be recognizing that setting?

Sometime back I have faced same issue and changes in Config file but didnt work.
then I have opened MSD administration from all programs.
Under Client Services, it was not changed.
I changed it in Administration tool and restarted the service did the trick.0 -
I had to change the "Max upload size" in the configuration of the service because I got the error when using "Export to Excel" on a package for configuration in Rapidstart.
Restarted the service and then it worked.Strangly the size of the exported is only 2,5 MB.
The old max upload size was the default 30 MB. :-k
