Menu not shown in RTC

Hi all,

I'm running rtc 2013 and I have 2 menu's 1051 (our add-on menu) and 1057 (add-on form partner). So far so good. When I change something in menu 1051, the changes are not reflected in the RTC. Only when I remove menu 1057, the changes come through. So, this is what I'm doing each time the menu 1051 must be modified...

Now my question: this is a bug, isn't it?

Do you have permissions to modify 1057 menusuite?
if yes, you can simply open 1057 menusuite in design mode and save.

Did you try by desingning and saving after done changes to 1051 menusuite?

Have you tried recompiling all your menusuites.
I had a similar problem, and a recompile a all fixed it.

Mohana, normally I do not modify the partners menu 1057. But now I did on your request. Recompiling does not work. The only way to get it work is by removing menu 1057, doing the changes in menu 1051 and importing the menu 1057 again...

Designing 1057?

1. Change something in Menusuite 1051 and save
2. Select menusuite 1057
3. Click Design (no need to do any changes)
4. Save 1057

Reopen RTC and check whether your changes are there or not..

This is exactly what I did...

In NAV 2009 I had observed similar behaviour and in my scenario I had to recompile all the menus for some of the changes to get through. It may be similar in NAV 2013...

No I didn't.

Well, after doing a small test: the same problem appears.
