Step 1 Upgrade Nav2009-2013 error LOG

Hi all,
I'm making an update of 2009-2013 and I have an error.
In Step 1, Transfer data, has given me a error log.
My database occupies 9 GB, and I had to apliar the log file up to 400 GB!!!. This is normal?
Now I have it in black and not knowing if you will wake up, I've been running this step 1 24 hours.
I need help ...
