Dynamics NAV 2013 server crash when we use system indicator

Hello,

We use Dynamics NAV 2013, and we are facing server crash with the following messages in event viewer:

Application: Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Server.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.AccessViolationException
<Long StackTrace>

After analysis of the stack trace, we found this line:
at Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.BusinessApplication.Codeunit1.GetSystemIndicator(Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.ByRef`1<Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavText>, Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.ByRef`1<Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Runtime.NavOption>)

So we tried to reset the System Indicator defined in Company Information card, and the problem disappeared.
Is there any known issue with the System Indicator?
