I need to populate a custom date field in the sales header called
Week Commencing
.
This is essentially the date of the Monday before the
Requested delivery Date
.
Can I do this with a date formula and CALCDATE function?
Thanks

Please check DATE table..Filter on Week and check your date is in start date and end date..
<EDIT>: You can get it using
CALCDATE('<-CW>',<Your date field>));
