Hi all,
I have a question which somehow nobody at Microsoft can answer, so I am hoping to get some input here.
We often have inquiries from CPA's and accountancies that would like to implement a simple NAV environment where they can maintain their customer general ledger and maybe sales and purhcase ledgers. So they would create multiple companies on the same database for their customer.
Since these environments never require much space, I would like to setup a virtual machine in a datacenter, and then create different databases, one for each accountancy. Then we create the companies for their end-customers. The accountancies would purchase the starter pack of NAV 2013, but their end customer would not because they are not working with NAV.
From a licensing standpoint, would this be possible, or could this cause any issues?
