Ls Retail gets effected by Internet Protector

Dear Experts,
My issue is very un usual. i've installed a software called Inet Protector in my store . Which blocks browsing and stuff and following is the link for the same.

There is an Enable/Disable Internet option in this software.When disable this option the speed of LS Retail while scanning the items
and completing the transaction takes noticeably a lot of time and makes it slow.
Whereas, if that option is enabled the speed is much faster.
I have asked the INET Protector guys about this problem, they told me to try adding the software's (Navision & LS Retail) services within Inet in safe/allow list.
Please let me know what are the dependent services or anything else for NAV and LS Retail that i should try to add.
