Incorrect scroll in lookups

I've got a problem with displaying horizontal scroll in lookup of a StringEdit field (screenshot is in the attachments). There are no arrows to the left and right. The problem occurs only while using Windows 7 Classic Theme. With Aero theme everything is good. Switching to Aero theme is not allowed because of slow computers. Is there any fix or some another solution?
