Report Layout different in dot matrix

hi guys,

i have a report when printed to 2 separate printer produce different layout..

in a laser printer, its a4(thats what i want), but in a dot matrix printer it goes to the second page ! :x

Try to set the page size to be exactly as A4 using a Custom form in the Dot Matrix printer setups.

have to measure the physical paper dimension, go by the height first and see which paper size in the printer best fits it.
Then adjust the top and bottom margin accordingly.. by default minimum value for top would be 100
