Hello experts! I'm struggling with an issue where a client has exported working attachments from interaction templates in one company and imported them to identical interaction templates in another company in the same database. Creating a new interaction from the contact card won't work and the error given is that the merge fields are invalid. This is a Norwegian 5.0 SP1 database using NAV client build # 6.00.32012.
I've discovered that if I swap from Norwegian language to English language then creating the interactions will work, but not when using the Norwegian language. In the first company both languages work fine. The merge fields in the Word document refer to the ENU captions in NAV.
Has anybody out there come across this issue before?
