Cost calculation in INVTADJMT

How does Navision calculates cost in INVTADJMT source in Value Entry table? Our costing method is Average. Like for sales transactions, does it get the average between the item cost when sales order was released and the item cost when sales order was shipped and invoiced?
I attached sample records from Value Entry table. You will see 2 sales transactions and 1 negative adjustment with INVTADJMT. How can I determine the calculation of cost per unit in rows with INVTADJMT source in this sample file?
