Filtering the Customer list for special characters

We have several customers that have been entered into the db with the following formats:
K & J
K&J

How can you search the customer list for the & sign with spaces between the letters, like the first example. This worked fine in classic but not with RTC.

I can make it work if I use this filter in the name column: '* & *'
You have to type it exactly as shown: single quotation mark + asterix + space + & + space + asterix + single quotation mark

This works but it brings up every customer in the db with an & sign and it is quite a few. So I tried it with this filter '*K & J*' and it worked. Just needed the single quotes. Thanks

Why do you want to search for the "&" symbol?
are you looking to change it to "+" so you don't have future issues?
