RTC client error in NAV-13 win 12 64 bit to win 7 32 bit

hi

I am getting RTC client error when i connect from windows 7 32 bit computer.

I have windows 2012 server with SQL 2012 database and Nav 2013 server.

Try to connect through windows client but getting error as

a server was not found at "net.[url=tcp://nav2013:8046/nav2013/service]tcp://nav2013:8046/nav2013/service[/url]" either the URL is incorrect or the server is currently not available.


Pl help how to resolve this issue.

Are you getting this error only from one machine?

Is it working on other machines like 64 bit?

Are you sure your server address is correct? have you ever used the client with another server? Your server address should be nav2013:8046/nav2013. If so, are you able to connect to the server from any other machine?
